PPMA Ltd - Governance

The PPMA is a members' owned organisation. Each member owns the same amount of shares in the organisation irrespective of their size or annual expenditure with the association. Each member company can put forward an employee to be a director of the PPMA.

The Board of Directors meets approximately every quarter to work with the executive to develop products and services that benefit the members. Each PPMA director has a functional role for which they are responsible. PPMA directors are not paid and give their time voluntarily in the service of the association.

Jeremy has been a PPMA director for 12 years and has held many of the PPMA roles during this time. He is a director of Marden Edwards Ltd, who manufacture and distribute overwrapping and shrink packaging equipment.	Alan had been a PPMA director for 4 years and has been the membership director for the last two. This responsibility includes the development of the web site. He is Chairman & CEO of Endoline Machinery Ltd, who manufacture and distribute case loading and case erecting machinery.

PPMA & Total Exhibitions Mike Randall Lock Inspection Systems Ltd	Technical Richard Bull Enercon Industries Ltd
Mike has been a PPMA director for 7 years and is the immediate past president. He is Managing Director of Lock Inspection, who manufacture and distribute metal detection and check weighing equipment.	Richard has recently joined the PPMA Board and has responsibilities in the technical department. He is Managing Director of Enercon Industries Ltd, who manufacture and distribute cap sealing equipment.

John Clayton Newman Labelling Systems Ltd	Publishing Karen Cobbett Springvale Equipment Ltd
John has been a PPMA director for 7 years and has held many of the PPMA roles during this time. He is Managing Director of Newman Labelling Systems Ltd, who manufacture and distribute pharma labeling equipment.	Karen has been a PPMA director for 3 years. She is Sales Director of Springvale Equipment Ltd, who manufacture and distribute packaging systems.

Process Richard Little Jenton International	Finance Mike Warren Niro Pharma Systems Ltd
Richard is a new PPMA Director and is a long standing director of Jenton International. A manufacturer and distributor of equipment to the packaging , printing and converting industry.	Mike has been a PPMA director for 3 years. He is UK, Regional Sales Manager for Niro Pharma Systems Ltd, who manufacture and distribute tablet presses.

Membership Tim Paul Markem Systems	Process Charles Lee Matcon
Elected to the Board of PPMA in December 2007. Tim is the UK OEM Manager for Markem Systems Ltd supplying innovative systems for product coding and identification.	?Charles was appointed as a Director in 2007. He is Managing Director of Matcon Group who provides ?lean? powders handling solutions, primarily for food, pharmaceutical and plastics industries.?
