A NEW WAY TO UNSCRAMBLE PLASTIC BOTTLES.

PackFeeder of Barcelona have now launched a new concept in-line unscrambling system for plastic bottles onto the UK market.

The PackFeeder system allows the bottles to effectively unscramble themselves in linear transit through the machine, by utilising the centre of gravity of the container to gradually place it into a vertical position.

The new PackFeeder machine is compact and entirely mechanical in its’ operation. No compressed air is required, reducing power and maintenance costs. Changeover for different bottle sizes is simple and quick with no tools required.
